David ‘Coach D’ West, CPT, BA, is a certified fitness trainer, movement specialist, motivational speaker, and creator of the Power, Punch, Pivot fitness system.


Through power boxing skills and functional fitness training, David promotes greater strength, flexibility, and mobility. Additional benefits include enhanced focus, confidence, and stress management.

For over 25 years, David has delivered effective, efficient fitness and wellness solutions for business executives, first responders, youth programs, and faith-based leaders. In addition to professional and volunteer service, David enjoys priority fitness roles as a husband, father, and pastor. David received a BA degree in economics from Lake Forest College, in addition to multiple certifications in personal training, nutrition, and social emotional learning,
